Innsbruck bridge works add an hour to east-west rail journeys for three weeks
ÖBB has shut a strategic stretch of track near Innsbruck for bridge replacement from 7 to 29 January, adding roughly one hour to east-west journeys and triggering bus diversions. The works disrupt both passenger and freight traffic at the height of the winter-sports season, so companies should allow extra travel time and review duty-of-care plans for commuters.
