Golden Visa holders who lose their passports abroad can now obtain a free electronic Return Permit in roughly 30 minutes, allowing a single re-entry to the UAE within seven days. The measure, launched 31 October, extends full consular support—including crisis evacuation and repatriation services—to Golden Visa residents and their dependants, reducing risk for multinational companies that relocate talent to the Emirates.
