For multinational HR teams, the gathering is a scouting ground: start-ups are pitching turnkey EoR (Employer of Record) solutions, while regional authorities court co-location projects that could regenerate empty office stock along the Costa Blanca. Local hotels, airlines and coworking spaces are offering discounted packages, testing the viability of off-season “workations” as a pillar of Spain’s tourism diversification. The summit also illustrates how second-tier Spanish cities are leveraging the remote-work boom to stem brain drain.
