Customers booked to travel during the affected window can re-route to an alternative destination in the same region or obtain a refund. For corporate travel managers the advisory provides a formal mechanism to shift itineraries without incurring fare-difference penalties, easing the administrative load caused by rolling flight cancellations. Companies should instruct travellers to accept new flight offers promptly; unused legs in the same PNR will be auto-refunded if no action is taken.
