Home Office issues fresh wave of Skilled Worker sponsor licences, expanding hiring options for UK firms
The Home Office’s 16 June update to the Register of Licensed Sponsors added roughly 180 organisations, taking the total number of UK Skilled Worker sponsors above 77,000. New licence-holders range from aerospace firm JetMS Completions to Oxford Brookes University, giving employers and overseas talent more placement options ahead of higher salary and English-language requirements that start in January 2026.
