UK leisure carrier Jet2 has unveiled a substantial expansion of its Eurocamp holiday-park programme, adding 34 Spanish sites to its Summer 2027 line-up, according to a 17 July 2026 announcement. The move coincides with the airline’s wider French route launch but positions Spain as the largest single beneficiary of the partnership, taking the total Jet2–Eurocamp offering in Spain to 62 parks. The new locations span Catalonia, Valencia, the Costa Brava and the Costa Dorada, most within 90 minutes’ drive of Barcelona, Girona or Reus airports. Packages bundle Jet2 flights, 22 kg checked luggage, car hire and fully equipped mobile-home accommodation—products increasingly popular with remote-working families seeking multi-week stays under Spain’s 90-in-180 Schengen limit. From a mobility perspective, the parks offer an alternative to traditional serviced apartments for extended business-leisure assignments, providing Wi-Fi, kids’ clubs and proximity to international schools. Jet2 reports that 18 % of Eurocamp customers in 2025 combined remote work with holiday time, a figure expected to rise as employers formalise “workation” policies. Corporate travel managers should note that group PNRs of 10 or more can access negotiated baggage upgrades and flexible change terms. Eurocamp’s inclusion of bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning reduces hidden costs compared with peer-to-peer rentals, simplifying per-diem calculations. Although packages focus on Summer 2027, early-bird rates are available now, and Jet2’s dynamic-pricing model suggests fares will climb once slots are finalised in October 2026. Mobility planners aiming to secure affordable family accommodation during Spain’s busy summer visa-stamping window may wish to block space sooner rather than later.
