UKVI has updated its list of approved tuberculosis (TB) test clinics in India, changing the address of the Sanjiwani Chikitsa Kendra in Nagpur with effect from 16 October 2026. Applicants from Maharashtra who book the mandatory TB screening for UK visas must now attend the clinic’s new premises on Central Avenue Road. The change may appear minor, but experience shows that outdated appointment letters are a common cause of visa delays: if the UKVI decision maker cannot verify that the applicant attended the listed clinic, the application is put on hold. HR teams coordinating Tier 2 or Global Business Mobility transferees from India should therefore issue updated medical-instructions letters immediately. Travel agents also warn that the Nagpur centre is one of only two approved clinics in the wider Vidarbha region, serving a large population of IT and engineering professionals heading to the UK’s manufacturing heartlands. Rescheduling an appointment typically adds two weeks during peak season. Employers are advised to double-check any bookings made before 16 October and to remind applicants to carry both the appointment confirmation and the updated address print-out when reporting to the clinic.
