Electronic notifications now mandatory for Polish work-permit changes
From 1 June 2026, Polish employers must submit all mandatory notifications about changes to foreign workers’ type-A work permits via the praca.gov.pl e-platform; paper and e-mail filings are no longer accepted. The requirement, highlighted in a 3 June alert from the Lublin Voivodeship Office, is designed to streamline monitoring and aligns with Poland’s wider digitalisation of immigration services. Companies risk fines and renewal problems if they fail to adjust their HR workflows.
