Traficom streamlines phone service hours – what expatriates and international drivers need to know
From 1 July, Traficom will limit its main customer-service phone lines to 09:00–15:00 on weekdays. The shorter window affects expatriates and foreign logistics firms that depend on the agency for driving-licence exchanges, vehicle registrations and driver qualification cards, making it essential to submit queries earlier in the day or switch to online channels.
