UK-based companies sending staff to Poland on short assignments should review their Schengen-day tracking processes and ensure passports are machine-readable with at least three months’ validity beyond the planned departure date. Frequent travellers may wish to renew early to maximise blank-page availability for EES exit stamps during the transition period.
