Mobility managers in multinationals with Vienna offices should audit British employees’ passport expiry dates well before the EES go-live date. While the advisory notes Austria’s generally low crime rate, it cautions against pickpocketing on Vienna tram line 1 and warns of occasional protests near the Austrian parliament that can disrupt traffic on the Ringstrasse.
