For companies and individual travellers eager to capitalise on any forthcoming visa facilitations, VisaHQ can help simplify the process. Its dedicated Poland portal (https://www.visahq.com/poland/) provides real-time guidance, application assistance and status tracking for Turkish visas and many other destinations, allowing users to stay ahead of changing entry rules without the hassle of consulate queues.

Although officially framed as a high-level political visit, the trip is expected to unlock a series of practical mobility benefits for businesses and citizens of both countries. According to a statement from Türkiye’s Communications Directorate, the leaders will review the entire spectrum of bilateral relations, with a special focus on economic ties, defence co-operation and people-to-people exchange. Sources in Warsaw indicate that negotiators have been working on expanding the current visa-free regime for short-term travel (90/180 days) to include multiple-entry business visas valid for up to two years. Polish officials also want to secure additional traffic rights for LOT Polish Airlines and Turkish Airlines on the lucrative Warsaw–Istanbul route, which has been operating near capacity since tourism fully rebounded in late 2025. Aviation analysts note that Türkiye is Poland’s sixth-largest extra-EU leisure market, while Polish exporters increasingly use Istanbul Airport as a hub for onward connections to the Middle East and Africa. Any additional frequencies or larger-gauge aircraft would immediately benefit corporate mobility teams looking for fast, one-stop connections beyond Europe. Logistics firms are also eyeing the visit. Polish freight forwarders hope Ankara will give the green light to a pilot TIR-transit corridor linking the Baltic Port of Gdańsk with Mersin on Türkiye’s Mediterranean coast. This would shorten door-to-door times for containerised goods by almost a week compared with current Black-Sea routes. Finally, the two presidents are expected to sign an updated memorandum on youth exchanges and academic mobility. The draft text seen by industry insiders foresees mutual recognition of certain vocational qualifications and streamlined temporary-work permits for graduates of Polish and Turkish technical universities. If endorsed, HR departments will gain a more predictable path to move junior talent between the two markets without lengthy re-verification of diplomas.
