Day 2 of the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition, held on 15 September, drew 5,270 visitors and featured a panel with the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP) explaining how the Ajman Ownership Package can fast-track five- and ten-year Golden Visas for qualifying buyers. With 310 property deals worth AED 208 million signed on-site, developers pitched bundled services covering title-deed issuance, family-sponsorship visas and school-placement support—illustrating how residence rights have become an integral part of the emirate’s real-estate value proposition. ICP officials clarified documentation standards and urged investors to apply through the authority’s smart-services portal to avoid broker scams. They also flagged upcoming digital-wallet features that will store Emirates IDs and e-visas for easier border clearance at DXB. For global-mobility teams, Ajman’s lower entry-price thresholds (compared with Dubai) offer additional options for employees seeking self-sponsored residence; however, HR should verify that property developers provide unconditional NOCs required when staff shift to company-sponsored visas.
