Several multinational firms in Poland have already activated crisis protocols, instructing staff to defer trips and reviewing insurance coverage for high-risk zones. Airlines flying through Polish hubs reacted swiftly: LOT Polish Airlines allowed ticket changes free of charge for Middle East routes, while Turkish Airlines cancelled evening services from Istanbul to Tehran. Travel-management companies report a surge in re-routing requests via Amman and Doha. Corporate mobility managers should cross-check travel inventories for passengers presently in the affected countries, brief assignees on contingency evacuation plans, and verify that all employees have loaded the Odyseusz app and the EU’s “SOS EU” emergency number onto their phones.
