Such a body could harmonise emergency border-control decisions—an area where Poland has frequently exercised national prerogatives in response to migrant pressures from Belarus and Russia. For international employers, the speech signals a higher probability of short-notice transport disruptions triggered by security alerts. Travel-risk teams should review crisis communication channels and ensure assignees carry physical IDs, as digital wallets may not satisfy ad-hoc checks during heightened alert levels.
