Incident in train preparation forces last-minute cancellation of TER Nouvelle-Aquitaine service on 27 September

SNCF’s real-time GTFS-RT feed shows that TER 70322, scheduled to depart Bordeaux-Saint-Jean for Limoges at 14:07 on 27 September, has been cancelled because of an “incident lors de la préparation du train”. The operator is arranging on-demand taxis for affected passengers via the ALLO TER hotline. Although regional in scope, the cancellation affects international mobility programmes: the Bordeaux–Limoges corridor is a key feeder for Portuguese and Spanish expatriates heading to Paris and onward to EU capitals. With the papal visit already stretching TGV seating availability, HR relocation teams have flagged the risk of travel-policy non-compliance if employees self-book last-minute car rentals. SNCF advises passengers to rebook on Intercités 14046 four hours later or travel via Poitiers, but warns that reservation supplements will not be waived. Employers should remind staff to retain taxi receipts and submit expense claims under the “exceptional disruption” clause. The incident coincides with notices of a national inter-professionnel strike on Tuesday, 29 September, which may further affect TER operations.
