The note emphasised that Poland “will continue to respond firmly to Russia’s irresponsible actions” and called on partners to increase pressure on the Kremlin. For mobility managers the message signals business-as-usual for consular services crucial to visa processing and notarisation for Ukrainian employees heading to Poland. Appointment slots for legalisation of diplomas and family-reunion visas, already scarce, are not expected to be cancelled. Nevertheless, the MFA advised travellers to monitor its X (Twitter) feed for rapid updates. Diplomatic‐mission continuity also reassures multinational firms planning board trips to Kyiv via Rzeszów-Jasionka airport’s organised shuttles. Insurance brokers note that war-risk premia on those routes remain stable; the embassy’s presence is a key factor in underwriters’ threat modelling. Should Russia escalate, Poland retains contingency offices in Lviv and a “mobile consulate” able to operate from Przemyśl. Companies should keep duplicate files of all notarised documents and be ready to switch to electronic apostilles under Poland’s e-seal pilot if physical stamps become logistically impossible.
