Dutch carrier Transavia France will boost connectivity between south-western Poland and the French capital by increasing Wrocław–Paris Orly frequencies from two to three per week starting 29 March 2027. The schedule, loaded into the airline’s reservation system on 18 October, shows Monday, Wednesday and Friday services— a pattern that neatly supports three-day business trips. The additional rotation strengthens Wrocław Airport’s push to position itself as a secondary business hub, serving the city’s growing cluster of IT outsourcing, shared-service centres and automotive suppliers. For companies with headquarters in Paris or regional offices in Orly’s catchment, the new mid-week flight reduces the need to overnight. From a mobility-programme standpoint, the move offers price competition against Air France-KLM’s via-Amsterdam option and against LOT connections through Warsaw. Travel buyers may wish to renegotiate point-of-sale discounts or shift traffic volume targets accordingly. The expansion is also a signal that Orly—closer to central Paris than Charles de Gaulle— is regaining attractiveness for point-to-point business travel as post-pandemic slot restrictions are eased. Travellers should, however, factor in Orly’s ongoing terminal-link works, which may add 10–15 minutes to ground-side transfer times in early 2027.
