Key impacts include the temporary suspension of Route 2 stops on Arklow Main Street during the Seabreeze Festival, diversions on Route 190 as 80,000 concert-goers descend on Slane Castle for Luke Combs, and rolling closures on multiple Galway City services (Routes 401-424) due to the Arts Festival parade. Additional traffic restrictions are expected around Croke Park in Dublin for Sunday’s All-Ireland Senior Hurling Final.
