Crew overnighting in Warsaw should check hotel availability, as a large tech conference taking place the same week has pushed occupancy above 90 %. For mobility managers the key takeaway is timing: the Friday-to-Monday window overlaps with peak week-end traffic, so employees returning from assignments should be rebooked well in advance. Cargo flights carrying critical spare parts into Poland’s central manufacturing belt will also need to adjust. The airport operator stresses that contingency slots are limited and urges airlines to publish updated passenger information no later than 24 hours before departure.
