Governments are also weighing in. The US, UK and Canada have reiterated advisories urging passengers to prepare for sudden airport or air-space closures. The European Union Aviation Safety Agency has prolonged its Conflict-Zone Bulletin to at least August 31, signalling that war-risk insurance surcharges may linger through the summer. Practical advice for mobility managers is straightforward: keep automated flight alerts switched on, build additional connection buffers into itineraries, and remind travellers that rebooking flexibility is still being offered fee-free on most regional sectors. The bottom line is that while the UAE remains open for business, getting in and out of the country—especially to neighbouring Gulf capitals—requires a bigger margin for error than it did a month ago.
