Corporate travel managers can process changes online for tickets bought via Iberia channels; agency-issued tickets must be handled by the original travel agency. Companies with time-sensitive meetings in the Benelux region should consider rail options via Paris or Frankfurt or bring forward departures to 11 May. Employees already on site should ensure return flights are confirmed or move to alternative airports. Iberia is also waiving change fees for flights to Doha amid Middle-East tensions and has extended a waiver on Havana services following the seasonal suspension of the route.
